The Comet P40 Soft Wash Pump is a high-performance, three-diaphragm pump built for low-pressure, high-flow applications. It handles up to 11 GPM at 300 PSI and includes a ¾” solid shaft gearbox for reliable power transfer. Designed for soft washing, this pump features Desmopan diaphragms, a fully adjustable pressure regulator, and a corrosion-resistant polypropylene body.

To reduce leak points and simplify maintenance, the pump includes a centralized inlet, self-priming functionality, and a visible oil cup. It performs efficiently with sodium hypochlorite and is well-suited for exterior cleaning jobs that demand steady flow and chemical resistance.

This Comet P40 Soft Wash Pump comes newly upgraded and delivers improved performance in the field. First, the design replaces the old multi-part manifold with a solid one-piece build. This change reduces leaks and increases durability. Next, the upgraded regulator uses a diaphragm system instead of a piston, which provides smoother pressure control and minimizes internal wear. Additionally, the repositioned suction fitting improves water flow and boosts efficiency during longer jobs. This updated model also includes a pressure gauge port.
