Check Valves

Check valves prevent backflow and cross contamination of your water, chlorine, and soap.

This chart shows what settings to dial in on your metering valves to achieve a specific final soft wash mix %.
This chart assumes 3 things:
- You are starting with bulk Sodium Hypochlorite with a strength of 12.5%
- Your water and SH tanks are plumbed EXACTLY the same (same length and diameter hoses, same connection to tanks etc.)
- This chart doesn't take into account the addition of surfactant which will have a slight effect on the final output
