Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Unless otherwise stated, to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Some products, such as customized or special-order items, may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Sales@softwashtechnologies.com or (561) 314-0761 with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any original shipping charges, within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Important Note
If you paid by credit card, please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable. These fees are charged by our payment processor (like Stripe) and are not returned to us when we issue a refund. Because of this, we reserve the right to deduct the credit card processing fee from your refund amount. If you’d like to know the exact amount of this fee before requesting a refund, we’re happy to provide the details. Our goal is to make your experience as smooth as possible every step of the way.
