You guys should definitely give Collin a call for your softwash needs. I purchased a proportioned for my AR45 but had some questions before placing the order. Collin took his time explaining everything to me. The shipment arrived when it was stated and then BAM! Couldn’t get it working right. It was 5:02 but I thought I’d reach out. He answered the phone. Helped me diagnose my issue over the phone and with 10 mins everything was gravy. I highly recommend Collin and Softwash Technologies. He went above and beyond and WANTED to help. You don’t find this level of customer service these days. Kudos!

Bought an AR45 with honda motor and electric start. These guys are awesome. I had my pump come in the mail and it had been smashed and within 5 or so minutes of sending the email he was on the phone and ready to fix the problem. He even threw in a general pump red gun for the inconvenience will be doing business with them again I love the customer service and that they nailed it making sure I was taken care of. When we spoke on the phone he was very committed to making sure I was made whole and it was the shipping company’s fault anyway no harm no foul thank you Softwash Technologies you guys are awesome. Will be using you guys again.
