Below is a calculator that shows what settings on your proportioner valves equate to final output soft wash mix percentages.
This calculator assumes the following:
1. Your water and SH tanks are plumbed EXACTLY the same (same length and diameter hoses, same connection to tanks (drop tube vs. bulkhead), etc.).
2. This calculator doesn’t take into account the addition of surfactant, which will have a slight effect on the final output.
