What to Check Before You Buy a Soft Wash Bundle
Every bundle on this page is a complete, ready-to-run system. Pump, proportioner, hose, reel, gun, plumbing kit, and surfactant, all in one box. Picking the right one means answering a few questions about power source, flow rate, and budget. Get those right and you'll spend the next five years cleaning houses instead of hunting for the right hose barb.
Gas vs. 12V vs. 24V
Gas bundles (Comet P40, AR45) are built around a Honda GX200 engine and deliver the most flow and pressure of anything we sell, up to 11 GPM and 300 PSI. They're louder and heavier than battery setups, but they don't care about your alternator and they don't quit halfway through a roof. 12V bundles (Remco 5 GPM and 7 GPM) run off your truck battery, are dramatically quieter, and cost about half what a gas bundle does. The Zeus 24V is the in-between: battery-powered like the 12Vs, but it pushes 14 GPM at 150 PSI for commercial-scale work.
Flow rate and job mix
Match the bundle to the jobs you actually run. If you're a solo operator hitting residential houses, fences, and small roofs, the 5 GPM 12V is enough. For two-story houses and a single rig that handles most residential work, the 7 GPM 12V is the most popular pick. For heavy daily commercial use, big roofs, or reaching a third story from the ground, step up to a gas P40, AR45, or the Zeus 24V. Undersizing your bundle is the single most common mistake we see new contractors make.
Budget and what you're really saving
Bundles save you up to $300 versus piecing the same parts together one product at a time, and they save you a lot more than that in time. Every bundle here is pre-matched: the proportioner fits the pump's GPM, the hose fits the reel, the gun fits the hose, and the included surfactant is sized to get you through your first jobs. You're paying for the bundle to be a single decision instead of fifteen.

Frequently Asked Questions
What comes in a soft wash bundle?
Every bundle on this page includes the pump (or sprayer skid for the gas units), a soft wash proportioner sized to that pump's GPM, the right hose and reel, a soft wash gun, a plumbing kit to connect everything, and a free gallon of Apple Juice surfactant. The three Remco bundles also include a free soft wash respirator. The only thing you supply is the tanks and the vehicle.
Which soft wash bundle should I buy?
If you're starting out solo and doing residential work, the Remco 12V 5 GPM bundle is the cheapest way in. If you want one rig that handles 90% of residential jobs including two-story houses, the Remco 12V 7 GPM is the most popular pick. If you're running daily commercial routes or hitting multi-story work from the ground, go gas (Comet P40 or AR45) or 24V Zeus.
What's the difference between a 12V and a gas soft wash bundle?
12V bundles run off your truck battery. They're quieter, cheaper, and simpler to maintain, but capped around 5-7 GPM at 100 PSI. Gas bundles (Comet P40, AR45) use a Honda GX200 engine and push up to 11 GPM at 300 PSI. That means longer spray distance, faster job times, and you don't have to worry about the battery on long jobs. Gas costs more upfront and weighs more on the rig, but pays for itself fast if you're running daily.
Are bundles cheaper than buying the parts separately?
Yes. Every bundle on this page is discounted up to $300 against buying the same items individually, and the included surfactant (plus the respirator on the Remco bundles) is essentially free. The bigger savings are in time and avoided mistakes. Pre-matched parts mean you don't deal with returns, mismatched fittings, or a dead-on-arrival job.
What's not included in a soft wash bundle?
You'll need to supply your own tanks (chemical, water, and soap) and the vehicle or trailer the system mounts to. The bundles include everything from the pump out to the gun, but tanks vary by rig size and we can't ship them economically. Tank sizing depends on your jobs and how far you drive between fills. Call us if you want a recommendation for your setup.
How do soft wash bundles ship?
The Comet P40 and AR45 bundles ship via freight because the sprayer skid is too heavy and bulky for standard parcel, and both bundles are tagged for freight delivery in our system. We'll coordinate delivery with you after the order is placed. The three Remco 12V and 24V bundles ship standard parcel. Check our shipping policy or call us for current lead times.
