The 3200 PSI pressure washer with a Centurion CTB4S pump is a Honda GX390 gas unit pushing 5.2 GPM through a belt-drive triplex. It mounts to your truck or trailer and ships ready to run, with a 50' hose, gun, wand, and four nozzles.
Key Features
-
Honda GX390 engine: A 389cc commercial Honda with automatic low-oil shutdown, the same engine pros run all day.
-
Centurion CTB4S belt-drive triplex pump: Belt drive turns the pump at about 1,450 RPM, so it runs cooler and lasts longer than a direct-drive pump spinning near 3,400. It uses a nickel-plated brass manifold and ceramic plungers, and it's rated to 3,500 PSI and 5.5 GPM, so the unit's 3,200 PSI and 5.2 GPM leave headroom.
-
Complete and ready to run: Comes with a 50' steel-braided hose, a 36" insulated wand and trigger gun with a safety lock, and four quick-connect nozzles (15°, 25°, 40°, soap).
-
Truck-mount steel frame: A powder-coated steel plate with anti-vibration pads bolts straight to your truck or trailer.
-
External unloader and thermal relief: The adjustable unloader bypasses flow when you release the trigger, and a thermal relief valve dumps heated bypass water to protect the pump.

This is a cold-water pressure washer, not a soft wash system. For chemical work, add a downstream injector rated for 3 to 5 GPM so the SH mixes after the pump. Don't run SH through the pump, because it corrodes the nickel-plated brass manifold, and flush the system after any SH job. The 3/8" quick-connect discharge fits standard surface cleaners, guns, and injectors.
How It Works
Water comes in from a garden hose, and the three ceramic plungers pressurize it and send it through the 50' hose to the gun, wand, and the nozzle you pick, up to 3,200 PSI. The external unloader bypasses flow when you let off the trigger, and the thermal relief valve protects the pump from heat during bypass. Switch to the soap nozzle to apply detergent at low pressure through the pump's built-in soap injector.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between the pull start and electric start versions?
Same pump, pressure, flow, and frame. The B3213HTBAS is pull start; the B3213HETBAS adds Honda's electric start, so you turn a key instead of pulling a cord. Pick electric if you start the machine a lot through the day.
Can I use this pressure washer for soft washing a roof?
No, not at full pressure. At 3,200 PSI it strips shingle granules and damages siding. Soft washing uses diluted SH at low pressure through a downstream injector, so the chemical runs after the pump, never through it.
What size surface cleaner works with 5.2 GPM?
A 20" to 24" deck. A 5 GPM machine spins that size well. Go bigger and the bar slows down and leaves shadow lines.
