The Bandit Pro Force surface cleaner is an aluminum rotary surface cleaner rated to 5000 PSI, 10 GPM, and 300°F. It comes in a 20" floater or a 24" with casters, both built on a spun aluminum deck for flatwork that won't streak.
Key Features
-
Spun aluminum deck and cover: Aluminum handles, deck, and a powder-coated cover hold up where cheap poly decks crack, and the 1-piece aluminum spray bar won't rust.
-
5000 PSI / 10 GPM / 300°F rating: Runs cold or hot water on commercial belt-drive machines, up to a 5000 PSI ceiling.
-
Sealed swivel on a double bearing: A twist-apart sealed swivel keeps the bar spinning straight and serviceable. The swivel is the first thing to wear on any surface cleaner.
-
Zero Edge spray bar with stainless life extenders: Two angled 1/4" nozzles spin the bar to sweep an even path. Stainless end-extenders fight the sandblasting that eats spray-bar ends.
-
Ready to run: Ships with the pro handle, an EZ-pull trigger gun, a double-braided steel hose, quick-release pins, and two tip sets.

Match the deck to your machine's flow, and install the tip set that fits it. Use the 2502 tips for lower-flow machines and the 2504 tips for higher flow. The unit is rated to 10 GPM, but a deck that's too big for your flow spins slow and streaks, so size it to the machine, not the rating (see the FAQ for the GPM ranges). This is a high-pressure plain-water tool for concrete and flatwork. It isn't a soft wash applicator, so don't run SH through it.
How It Works
Water from your pressure washer runs through the trigger gun and braided hose into the swivel at the center of the deck. The swivel feeds a single Zero Edge spray bar with two angled nozzles. Jet reaction spins the bar fast under the aluminum shroud, so the two jets sweep an even 20" or 24" path. The double bearing keeps the bar turning straight, and the stiff brush skirt holds a steady deck height and contains overspray. Because every pass hits the concrete from the same height, you get clean, streak-free flatwork instead of the tiger striping a handheld wand leaves.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size pressure washer do I need for the 20" vs 24" surface cleaner?
Match flow to deck. The 20" runs best on about 4 to 7 GPM, the 24" on about 5 to 8 GPM. It's rated to 10 GPM, but a deck that's too big for your flow spins slow and streaks. A 24" on a 2.5 GPM machine won't work.
Can I run hot water through the Bandit Pro Force?
Yes. It's rated to 300°F, fed by the double-braided steel hose. It handles cold or hot machines up to that limit.
Why is my surface cleaner streaking?
Usually you're moving too fast, the machine doesn't have enough GPM for the deck, or the nozzles are worn. Swap the tips when the orifice looks oval instead of round.
