Fits cold-water downstream pressure-wash systems inside the orifice's GPM band. Installs after the pump and unloader, ahead of the reel. It only draws when you fit a wide soap nozzle, since a narrow high-pressure tip holds too much back pressure for the venturi to pull. The DN10 valve is BSP and the injector and hose are NPT, so wrap the threads with Teflon or add thread-lock when you assemble it.
How It Works
Water forced through the small orifice speeds up and loses pressure. That drop pulls chemical up the siphon tube, past a check ball, and into the stream. Fit a wide soap nozzle so system pressure falls and the injector draws. Fit a high-pressure tip and the back pressure shuts the draw off.
The bypass is the DN10 ball valve plumbed in parallel with the injector. Close it and flow routes through the injector to soap. Open it and flow skips the injector for a full-pressure rinse or surface-clean pass. One valve switches soap to rinse instead of swapping tips, and it keeps full flow off the injector during rinse.

Will this chemical injector kit draw SH?
Yes, at downstream strength, around 10 to 18% at the surface. That handles house washing, not strong roof mixes. The brass valve and injector body corrode under SH over time, so flush the chemical line with clean water after every job. For daily heavy SH, run a dedicated soft wash pump instead.
What's the max PSI and temperature?
3,000 PSI and 176°F. The brass DN10 valve is the limit, not the hose. The KobraJet hose is rated to 4,000 PSI, but the valve caps the kit at 3,000. Don't run it hotter than 176°F.
