FX Multi-Surface Acid Cleaner
FX is a professional-grade multi-surface acid cleaner built for the jobs that soft wash simply wasn't designed to solve. Efflorescence, calcium deposits, calcium carbonate, hard water stains — the stubborn, mineral-based problems that bleach walks right past. FX doesn't mask them or dilute them into submission. It dissolves them at the chemistry level, which is the only approach that actually works.
What makes FX genuinely useful on a professional rig isn't just its cleaning power — it's its range. Concrete, brick, pavers, limestone, sandstone, riverstone, exposed aggregate, stucco, shingles, EIFS, glass, synthetic stone, anodized aluminum, unpolished marble. The list of surfaces FX handles is, in practical terms, most of what a contractor encounters in a working week. One product that travels across that many surface types without requiring a separate solution for each is not a convenience — it's a business decision.
One gallon covers up to 300 sq. ft. of porous masonry and up to 1,200 sq. ft. of non-porous masonry. Dilution scales to the severity of the stain, so you're never over-applying on light work or under-powered on heavy calcium buildup.
Directions:
Always add acid to water — never water to acid. Do not allow product to dry on the surface. Perform a spot test prior to broad use.
- Pre-clean surface with a pressure washer to remove oil and debris.
- Mist surface with water so it is damp prior to application.
- Apply product with a hand-held sprayer.
- Let dwell 20 seconds to 3 minutes. Scrub as necessary with a hard-bristled brush.
- For tough stains, allow an additional 1–5 minutes of dwell time.
- Pressure wash and flush surface thoroughly after application.
Suggested Dilutions:
-
Thick calcium stains: 1:1 to 1:4
-
Medium stains: 1:4 to 1:8
-
Light stains: 1:8 to 1:12

Every contractor eventually stands in front of a surface that bleach won't touch — a calcium-streaked paver, a hard water-stained glass panel, efflorescence creeping out of a brick facade. The instinct is to walk away from the upsell or quote a separate return visit. FX removes that hesitation. It turns a problem you'd have to explain into a service you can price. The chemistry does what it's supposed to do, the surface looks the way the customer expected it to look, and you've added a revenue line that most of your competitors aren't even offering yet. That's not just a cleaner. That's a differentiator.
