The H2Pro 3-Stage Water System is a stainless RO/DI cart that makes 2+ GPM of near-zero-TDS pure water for window and solar panel cleaning. Its 110V booster pump drives all three filter stages, so one system feeds multiple poles or operators at once. It's been running in the field for over ten years.
Key Features
-
Stainless steel filter housings: The canister bodies are stainless, not plastic, so they don't crack or blow out under booster-pump pressure.
-
110V booster pump: A 1/2-HP rotary-vane pump raises line pressure to about 110 PSI, enough to run multiple poles where a spigot alone falls short.
-
Built-in DI Saver bypass: Flip the 3-way valve to run RO-only water on solar panels and other opaque surfaces. That stretches DI resin life and drops your cost per gallon.
-
Oversized long-life filters: A 30" carbon pre-filter, 40" RO membrane, and 30" DI post-filter mean longer intervals between changes. Tucker rates the DI capacity at over 3x a comparable cart.
-
No-flat tires, vertical or horizontal: Move it around the jobsite and stand it whichever way fits the setup.
-
TDS meter included: A handheld meter ships in the box, so you can check output water on the first fill.

Feeds Tucker water-fed poles and brushes, and pairs with a hand-carry hose reel running 150' of 3/8" pure-water hose. It's a pure-water system, not a soft wash unit. Don't run sodium hypochlorite or any chemical through it, that destroys the membrane and resin. The 110V booster isn't self-priming either, so you'll need a separate transfer pump to draw from a buffer tank.
How It Works
Source water enters through a garden hose and the 110V booster raises it to about 110 PSI. Stage 1, a 30" carbon pre-filter, strips chlorine and chloramines and protects the membrane. Stage 2, the 40" reverse-osmosis membrane, rejects the large majority of total dissolved solids and sends the concentrate to drain. Stage 3, a 30" DI resin post-filter, polishes the RO water down to near 0 ppm. That water dries with no spots, so glass and panels need no towel-drying.
The built-in DI Saver valve lets you bypass the DI stage and run RO-only water. That's fine for solar panels and opaque surfaces, and it saves resin and lowers your cost per gallon on those jobs.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much water does the H2Pro make?
2+ GPM with the 110V booster pump. That's enough to run multiple poles or multiple operators off one cart. The no-pump water-powered version of the H2Pro makes about 1 GPM by comparison.
What is DI Saver mode on the H2Pro?
DI Saver is a built-in 3-way valve that bypasses the DI filter so you clean with RO-only water. That's fine for solar panels and other opaque surfaces, and it extends DI resin life and lowers your cost per gallon on those jobs.
Can the H2Pro pull water from a tank?
Not on its own. The 110V booster isn't self-priming, so it feeds from a pressurized garden-hose spigot. If you want to draw from a buffer tank, add a separate transfer pump ahead of the booster.
