Soft Wash Proportioner Kit

The Soft Wash Proportioner Kit gives you everything you need to build your own soft wash proportioner from scratch. This kit comes unassembled and includes the same high quality parts we use in our own builds. You get our metering valves, check valves, and manifold block along with premium thread tape so you can put everything together with confidence. And because you're building it yourself, you're saving 50 dollars compared to buying our assembled one.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

• SOFT WASH METERING VALVES. Our metering valves are built from CPVC plastic with Viton seals which means no corrosion and no leaks. They use a V Bore valve and number dial that create a precise linear flow pattern for accurate metering. Each valve is color coded and clearly labeled so your team can identify and adjust them easily.
• CHECK VALVES. Our check valves keep liquids flowing in one direction and prevent backflow or cross contamination between Water, SH, and Surfactant. They are Male x Male which lets you connect the metering valve directly to the manifold block with a single piece because fewer pieces mean fewer leaks. They are made with CPVC or Polypropylene and include upgraded Stainless Steel Springs for corrosion resistance.
• MANIFOLD BLOCK. Our manifold block use UHMWPE which offers strong chemical resistance and holds up well in sunlight. Each block includes two 3/8 inch mounting holes so you can secure it to any surface.
• PREMIUM THREAD TAPE. This premium thread tape holds up to everything from water to harsh corrosive chemicals like sodium hypochlorite. It’s strong, easy to work with, and helps you seal your connections cleanly while you build your proportioner.
