The difference between a proportioner that's rock-solid at 60 mph on the highway and one that's slowly vibrating itself loose is entirely determined by what it's bolted to.
This mounting plate is made from chemical-grade aluminum — corrosion resistant, built to outlast the equipment mounted on it, and sized at 14½" x 12½" to give you a stable, generous platform for a complete proportioner setup. It's designed and pre-drilled specifically for our soft wash proportioners, so if you're running our equipment it mounts clean with no modification required. If you're running a different proportioner, the aluminum drills easily and cooperates without complaint — bring your own hole pattern and it'll accommodate you.
It comes pre-drilled with 2 x 3/8" bolt holes for your manifold block and bolt tracks that secure your metering valves with the kind of rigidity that makes fine-tuning actually mean something. If your valves are moving, your settings are guesses. If they're locked down, they're repeatable.
