The ST1500 pressure washer gun is Suttner's most popular high-pressure trigger gun, rated to 5,000 PSI and 10.4 GPM. A forged brass housing and stainless internals hold up to hot and cold water, and the low-friction trigger cuts hand fatigue on long jobs.
Key Features
-
5,000 PSI, 10.4 GPM: Handles hot- and cold-water machines up to a 5,000 PSI ceiling, rated to 300°F.
-
Forged brass housing: Takes the burst pressure at 5,000 PSI where cheaper zinc-bodied guns fail.
-
Stainless internals: The spring, needle, ball, and seat are stainless, so they outlast the plated parts that make bargain guns weep at the trigger.
-
Low-friction trigger: A rolling ball between the trigger and piston rod drops the pull force, which saves your hand on long jobs.
-
Rebuildable in minutes: A seven-screw unitized valve cartridge rebuilds with Suttner kit 201500496 instead of tossing the gun.
-
Rear entry with trigger lock: The hose runs behind you for easier movement, and the trigger lock keeps it shut when you set it down.

What's Included
- 1 ST1500 pressure washer gun
It ships as the bare gun. No quick-connect fittings are included, so thread on your own 3/8" inlet plug and 1/4" outlet coupler. It fits most hot- and cold-water pressure washers rated at or below 5,000 PSI and 10.4 GPM, and the 1/4" outlet takes standard lances, wands, and nozzle holders. It's a high-pressure gun, not a soft wash gun.
How the ST1500 Pressure Washer Gun Works
The ST1500 sits between your high-pressure hose and the lance. Water enters the rear of the handle, and pulling the trigger lifts a stainless needle and ball off the seat inside a unitized valve cartridge to release flow out the 1/4" outlet. Release the trigger and the valve reseats, which sends the pump into bypass through your unloader. When the valve finally wears, seven screws get you into the cartridge to rebuild it with kit 201500496 instead of replacing the gun.
One honest note: this is a pressure-washing gun, not a soft wash gun. The forged brass housing and non-Viton seals corrode and degrade under daily SH. Keep the ST1500 on your pressure-washing work, concrete, flatwork, fleet, and hot-water jobs, and run a poly or stainless gun with Viton seals for bleach.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the max pressure and flow on the ST1500?
5,000 PSI and 10.4 GPM, rated to 300°F for hot or cold water. Some listings show 4,000 PSI and 12 GPM, but those are the specs of the different ST-1500C ceramic-ball chemical gun, not this standard forged-brass ST-1500.
Can I use the ST1500 for soft washing or bleach?
No. The forged brass housing and non-Viton seals corrode and break down under daily SH. It's a high-pressure pressure-washing gun. For soft wash and bleach, run a poly or stainless gun like the ST-510 Poly Trigger Gun or the WaterBoss 750 Soft Wash Gun.
Is the ST1500 rebuildable?
Yes. It uses a seven-screw unitized valve cartridge. When the needle and seat wear and the gun starts to weep, rebuild it with Suttner repair kit 201500496 in a few minutes rather than buying a new gun.
