The Skid Mount Kit is a complete water fed pole skid mount kit for spot-free glass and solar work. One crate gives you a 4-stage RO/DI panel, a 5.3 GPM pump, a Tucker® 150' hose reel, and a Tucker® 40 carbon-fiber pole.
Key Features
-
4-stage RO/DI filtration: A 21" carbon/sediment pre-filter, two 21" RO membranes, and a 21" DI post-filter take feed water down to near-zero TDS, so glass dries clear with no squeegee or towel.
-
Dual-probe TDS meter: Reads the post-RO water and the final DI output, so you catch a spent membrane or resin bed before it spots a customer's windows.
-
Tucker® 40 carbon-fiber pole: Collapses to 6'8" and extends to 36' for about three stories of reach. With the brush on, it weighs around 6 pounds, so your shoulders hold up across the route.
-
Two pump options: The 110V runs off wall power and regulates to 150 PSI. The 12V runs off a deep-cycle marine battery at about 18 amps for sites with no outlet.
-
Tucker® 150' hand-carry hose reel: Comes loaded with 150 feet of 3/8" pure-water hose and 3/4" brass inlet and outlet fittings.
-
Mounts anywhere: The powder-coated aluminum panel bolts to a skid, wall, trailer, truck, or van and feeds off a standard garden hose.

What's Included
- Powder-coated aluminum 4-stage RO/DI panel with four stainless steel filter housings, bypass valve, and 3/4" garden-hose inlet and outlet
- Installed filter set plus a free first replacement set (carbon/sediment pre-filter, two RO membranes, DI post-filter)
- Dual-probe TDS meter
- Your choice of pump: 110V (1/2 HP, 150 PSI max, GFCI cord) or 12V (about 90 PSI, ~18 amps, battery pigtail)
- Tucker® 150' hand-carry hose reel with 150' of 3/8" hose
- Tucker® 40 carbon-fiber pole with GLIDE brush (four pencil jets), 100' of pole tubing, male and female quick connects, and a reach-around gooseneck
The kit feeds off a standard 3/4" garden hose or siphons from a holding tank you supply, and it cleans glass, frames, and solar panels. The 12V option needs a deep-cycle marine battery, which isn't included. This is a pure-water system, so don't run SH or any soft wash chemical through it. The carbon filter, RO membranes, DI resin, and metal pump parts will foul or corrode.
How It Works
- Feed water enters the panel through the 3/4" garden-hose inlet.
- It passes the carbon/sediment pre-filter, then two RO membranes that reject most of the dissolved solids, then a DI post-filter that polishes the water to near-zero TDS. The dual-probe meter reads both stages.
- The pump pushes the pure water through 150 feet of hose, up the inside of the pole, and out the brush's four pencil jets.
- You scrub the glass while pure water rinses. With no minerals left in the water, it dries clear. No squeegee, no towel, no soap.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Skid Mount Kit include a water tank?
No. It runs off a standard garden hose or siphons from a holding tank you supply. The panel has a 3/4" garden-hose inlet, so you can feed it from any spigot on the job.
What does the "40" mean in the Skid Mount Kit?
It's the Tucker® 40 carbon-fiber pole. The 40 is the pole's reach class, not a tank size. It collapses to 6'8" and extends to 36 feet, which covers about three stories.
What's the difference between the 110V and 12V Skid Mount Kit?
Both run the same 5.3 GPM rotary-vane pump. The 110V works off wall power and regulates to 150 PSI with a GFCI cord. The 12V works off a deep-cycle marine battery at about 18 amps and around 90 PSI, for sites with no outlet. The battery isn't included.
