The 4000 PSI @ 8 GPM Belt Drive Pressure Washer is the flagship of the belt-drive line, built on a Honda iGX800 EFI V-twin and a Comet PS8010S pump. It pushes a full 8 GPM and runs one or two guns off a single machine. Electric start, mount-ready.
Key Features
-
8 GPM of flow: The high-volume output for big flatwork and crews, more than a GX390 machine can move.
-
Honda iGX800 EFI V-twin: A 779cc, 24.8 HP engine with fuel injection and an electronic governor that holds speed steady under load, plus Oil Alert shutdown and a genuine Honda muffler.
-
Dual-gun capable: A block-mounted high-flow unloader feeds one or two guns, so two operators can work off the same machine.
-
Comet PS8010S belt-drive triplex: Forged brass manifold with a lifetime manifold warranty, ceramic plungers, and stainless valves and guides.
-
Heavy-duty chassis: A corrosion-resistant extruded aluminum base, a 4-groove belt with an EZ-line tensioner, quad anti-vibration isolators, and a two-piece belt guard.
-
Electric start: Key start, no recoil, the standard for a V-twin this size.

What's Included
- The assembled machine: Honda iGX800 engine with a genuine Honda muffler, Comet PS8010S pump, a block-mounted high-flow unloader, and the 4-groove belt drive on an extruded aluminum base
This ships as the machine. Plan on adding a high-flow trigger gun (or two, for dual operation), high-pressure hose, nozzles, and a downstream chemical injector. It mounts to a truck bed, trailer, or skid. It's a cold-water machine. Run plain water through the pump and apply chemical with a downstream injector, then flush. Don't run SH or other harsh chemical through the pump head.
How It Works
The Honda iGX800 EFI V-twin drives the Comet PS8010S through a 4-groove belt, stepping engine speed down to the pump's working speed and isolating pump vibration. Fuel injection and the electronic governor hold engine speed steady as the load changes, so pressure doesn't sag when a second gun opens. Three ceramic plungers in the forged brass manifold build the pressure.
The block-mounted high-flow unloader routes water to a bypass loop when the triggers close, and it's sized to feed one or two guns, so two operators can run off the one machine. Honda's Oil Alert shuts the engine down on low oil. Run plain water through the pump and apply chemical with a downstream injector, then flush. Keep SH out of the pump head.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the 8 GPM pressure washer run two guns at once?
Yes. The block-mounted high-flow unloader is sized for single or dual gun operation, so two operators can work off the one machine. Add a second gun and hose and split the 8 GPM between two wands.
Why the EFI iGX800 over a GX390 machine?
The 779cc EFI V-twin makes the flow a GX390 can't, a full 8 GPM for big surface area and dual-gun work. Fuel injection and the electronic governor hold engine speed steady under load and burn less fuel than a carbureted engine.
Can I run SH or bleach through it?
Not through the pump. SH corrodes the brass manifold and degrades the seals. Apply chemical downstream of the pump with an injector, then flush with clean water. Keep neat chemical out of the pump head.
