The AR45 Diaphragm Kit is the genuine Annovi Reverberi rebuild set (OEM part AR43238) for the AR45 diaphragm pump. Three Viton diaphragms and six Viton gaskets in one box. When your oil sight glass turns milky grey, this is the part that fixes it.
Key Features
-
Genuine OEM (AR43238): The real Annovi Reverberi kit, not aftermarket. The box is stamped COD. 43238, so you get exact fit and the factory Viton spec.
-
Three Viton diaphragms: Rebuilds all three pump heads in one box. Viton resists SH, so it outlasts standard NBR seals on bleach jobs.
-
Six green Viton gaskets: The matching gaskets (OEM part 3120680) seal the diaphragm chambers. Included, so you're not chasing a second order to finish the rebuild.
-
Restores lost flow and pressure: Worn or torn diaphragms bleed off output. Fresh ones bring the AR45 back to its rated 11.4 GPM at 290 PSI.
-
Protects the crankcase: A torn diaphragm lets chemical into the oil and destroys the pump. Replace on schedule and you keep chemical out of the mechanical side.

Fits the AR45BP and AR45LFP pump families. It doesn't fit other AR pump sizes like the AR30, AR40, or AR50, and it doesn't fit the Comet P40. Those run their own kits. This kit covers diaphragms and gaskets only. It doesn't include the check valves, so plan to rebuild those with the AR45 Check Valve Kit while you have the pump open.
How It Works
The AR45 is a three-diaphragm pump. The engine drives an eccentric shaft and three pistons, and each piston flexes a rubber diaphragm in an oil-cushioned chamber to draw chemical in and push it back out. That flexing membrane is a wear part. It hardens and tears over time, which drops your flow and lets chemical seep into the crankcase oil.
A milky-grey color in the oil sight glass is the tell. When you see it, stop running the pump and rebuild it before chemical wrecks the crankcase. This kit replaces all three diaphragms and the six gaskets that seal them. Flush the system with fresh water at the end of every shift and the Viton diaphragms hold up for years on 12.5% SH.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the AR45 Viton diaphragm kit bleach safe?
Yes for soft wash duty. Viton resists sodium hypochlorite, so it holds up far longer than standard NBR seals on SH jobs. Flush the system with fresh water at the end of each shift to get the most life out of it.
How often should you replace AR45 diaphragms?
Under constant use, plan on new diaphragms about every 3 months or 500 hours. Check valves and o-rings run longer, closer to 6 months or 1,000 hours. Keep a spare kit on the shelf so a torn diaphragm doesn't pull your rig off a route.
Does the AR43238 kit fit the Comet P40?
No. This is a genuine AR kit for the AR45BP and AR45LFP pumps only. The Comet P40 is a different pump and uses its own diaphragm parts. Match the kit to your pump before you order.
