The AR45 soft wash sprayer is a gas-driven, high-flow pump that moves up to 11.4 GPM at 290 PSI. An Annovi Reverberi AR45 diaphragm pump runs off a Honda GX200, so flow, not pressure, carries your SH mix up a shooter tip to a second story.
Key Features
-
Up to 11.4 GPM: High volume pushes your SH mix through 200 feet of hose and up a shooter tip without leaning on pressure.
-
Annovi Reverberi AR45 pump: Italian-made three-diaphragm wet end built from polypropylene, 316L stainless, and Viton, so it stands up to sodium hypochlorite.
-
Honda GX200 engine: A 196cc Honda turns the pump through a reduction gearbox that drops engine speed to the pump's rated 550 RPM, cutting heat and diaphragm wear.
-
Bolt-on regulator and gauge: Dial pressure down for siding and delicate surfaces. Excess flow routes back through the 3/4" bypass.
-
Aluminum skid: Corrosion-resistant baseplate built to live in a chemical environment.
-
Electric or pull start: Take electric start for cold mornings and dozens of restarts a day, or pull start to save $520.

What's Included
- AR45 diaphragm pump with reduction gearbox
- Honda GX200 engine (electric or pull start, your choice)
- Bolt-on adjustable pressure regulator with gauge
- Heavy-duty aluminum baseplate skid
The sprayer is built to spec with a 1 to 2 week lead time and ships freight. It doesn't include tanks, hose, reel, gun, or proportioner. Those come in the AR45 Soft Wash Bundle or sold separately. This is a low-pressure, high-volume soft wash sprayer, not a pressure washer, so don't expect pressure-washer PSI. An 8 GPM high-flow gun needs a gas machine like this one. It won't run off a 12V or booster pump.
How It Works
The Honda engine drives the AR45 pump through a reduction gearbox that drops engine speed to the pump's rated 550 RPM. The three diaphragms draw your soft wash mix of SH, surfactant, and water from a buffer tank through the 1-1/4" suction port, then push it out the 1/2" discharge at low pressure and high volume. That high flow is what carries the mix up a shooter tip to a second-story roof without driving water under the shingles.
Set the regulator to the lowest pressure that still reaches, and keep it below 250 PSI to protect the diaphragms and seals. Pull the trigger when you start and stop the engine so you don't spike the pressure. Flush the wet end with fresh water and neutralize after every day on bleach. Residual SH left sitting in the pump is what corrodes it, not the mix while you're running.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the AR45 a pressure washer?
No. It's a low-pressure, high-volume soft wash sprayer that moves up to 11.4 GPM at 290 PSI. Flow carries the mix to height. It won't hit pressure-washer PSI, and it isn't meant to.
What's the difference between the AR45 electric start and pull start?
Start type only. Electric start adds a battery and key starter. Pull start is recoil. Same pump, engine, and flow on both. Electric start runs $520 more and earns it if you cold-start in winter or restart the rig dozens of times a day.
Can the AR45 run sodium hypochlorite?
Yes. The wet end is polypropylene, 316L stainless, and Viton, all rated for SH. Flush with fresh water and neutralize at the end of every day on bleach. Residual SH left in the pump is what corrodes it, not running the mix.
