The Suttner ST-515 Soft Wash Gun runs 18 GPM at 362 PSI, the low-pressure, high-flow numbers soft wash needs. The fiberglass-reinforced poly body, Viton seal, and stainless steel ball carry SH without the corrosion that kills brass guns. It's built for soft wash, not a high-pressure gun pushed past its limits.
Key Features
-
18 GPM at 362 PSI: Low-pressure, high-flow geometry made for soft wash, not a throttled high-pressure trigger gun.
-
No brass in the wetted path: Fiberglass-reinforced poly body, Viton seal, and stainless steel ball and pin take SH all day. Brass guns corrode and seize. This one doesn't.
-
Rear fluid entry: The hose feeds the back of the handle, so the gun stays balanced on long roof and house runs.
-
0.3 lb in your hand: Light enough to run all day without your forearm giving out.
-
1/2" FPT inlet and outlet: Drops into standard 1/2" soft wash plumbing.
-
Two configs: Bare gun, or with a stainless steel quick-connect socket on the inlet so it snaps onto your hose without tools.

What's Included
-
Without QC Socket: the trigger gun, bare, with 1/2" FPT inlet and outlet.
-
With QC Socket: the trigger gun plus a stainless steel quick-connect socket on the inlet.
- No nozzle in either config. Add a shooter tip or J-rod separately for the spray pattern you want.
It fits low-GPM 12V soft wash pumps and standard 1/2" soft wash plumbing. It doesn't fit high-pressure or gas pressure-washer setups. It's a low-pressure gun capped at 362 PSI, so keep it on the soft wash side. Skip it for hot-water work above 122°F.
How It Works
The ST-515 sits between your soft wash hose and your nozzle. The hose feeds the rear of the handle. Pull the trigger and an internal stainless ball valve opens, sending your SH mix straight through to the tip. Let go and flow stops.
The whole wetted path is poly, Viton, and stainless. That's why it holds up on bleach jobs that eat brass guns from the inside. The With QC Socket config lets you pull the gun off the hose without tools when you change setups.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the Suttner ST-515 Soft Wash Gun handle SH?
Yes. The body is fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene, the seal is Viton, and the ball and pin are stainless steel. There's no brass in the wetted path, which is the part SH attacks first on cheaper guns. Run your bleach mix through it without worrying about corrosion.
Is the ST-515 for high-pressure or gas pressure washers?
No. It's a low-pressure gun rated to 362 PSI, built for soft wash where you move high volume at low pressure. Pair it with a gas pressure washer and you'll blow past its rating. For high-pressure trigger work, use a different gun.
Does the ST-515 come with a nozzle?
No nozzle. The Without QC Socket config is the gun on its own. The With QC Socket config adds a stainless quick-connect socket on the inlet so it snaps onto your hose. Add a shooter tip or J-rod for the spray pattern you need.
