Our store is built around two main types of work, soft washing and pressure washing, plus the chemicals and accessories that support both. Where you start depends on the job in front of you, and whether you're building a rig from scratch or filling gaps in an existing one.
If you're new to the industry
Start with a bundle. We've packaged complete soft wash systems (pump, proportioner, gun, hose, and fittings) so you don't have to source individual parts and hope they're compatible. The Comet P40 Soft Wash Bundle is the most popular full system for serious starters. The Remco 12V bundles are the budget entry point. For higher-flow setups, look at the AR45 and the Remco Zeus 14 GPM bundles.
If you're upgrading an existing rig

If you're moving up from a 12V setup to gas, both the Comet P40 and AR45 deliver around 11 GPM at roughly 290-300 PSI and will handle full-time commercial work and multi-story homes with the right gun and tip.
If you're stocking chemicals and consumables
Sodium hypochlorite (SH) is sourced locally for cost reasons. See our SH supplier map for bulk sources near you. Everything else (surfactants, neutralizers, efflorescence removers, and specialty cleaners) ships from our warehouse. Pair any SH-based clean with a surfactant and a bleach neutralizer to protect plants and surfaces.

What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water (usually 2,500-4,000 PSI) to physically blast dirt off hard surfaces like concrete and brick. Soft washing uses low pressure (under 100 PSI) and a chemical mix to kill the organic growth (algae, mold, mildew) that stains roofs, siding, and painted surfaces. Soft washing is the only safe way to clean asphalt shingles, painted wood, and most siding materials.
What do I actually need if I'm just starting out?
For soft washing, the minimum kit is a pump, proportioner, gun, hose, and fittings, plus a chemical tank and a chlorine source. Our complete bundles (12V, AR45, Comet P40, and Remco Zeus 14 GPM) pre-package everything except the tank. For pressure washing, you need a machine, hose, gun, surface cleaner, and tips. If you're unsure, message us with your budget and the surfaces you plan to clean and we'll spec a rig.
What's the difference between a 12V, AR45, and Comet P40 setup?
Our 12V Remco pumps (5.3 and 7 GPM at 100 PSI) are battery-powered, quiet, and the right starting point for part-time soft washers and lower-volume residential work. The gas-powered AR45 and Comet P40 are the step up. Both deliver around 11 GPM at roughly 290-300 PSI and are built for full-time commercial use, larger residential homes, and multi-rig operations. The AR45 and P40 are close on specs. The main difference is the manifold design. The P40 uses a single integrated four-piece manifold, while the AR45 uses two opposing manifolds with twelve total pieces, so P40 setups tend to have fewer leak points over time. Do you offer wholesale or contractor pricing?

Can I return a product if it doesn't fit my setup?
Most unused, unopened products in their original packaging are returnable within 30 days. Customized and special-order items may not be eligible. See our full returns policy for details.

Yes. If you're not sure which pump, proportioner, or gun fits your rig, contact us before ordering. We'd rather spend 10 minutes speccing the right part than ship something that doesn't work for your setup.
